You have 30 days from receipt of your item to return it to us.
Please contact us before returning an item by phoning 01579 535577 or emailing sales@tannersgardenstore.co.uk.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging and be suitable for re-sale. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We reserve the right to withhold money if a returned item is damaged or not suitable for re-sale.
The delivery charge is non-refundable except in cases where the goods are faulty.

Faulty items must be returned to the address above as soon as possible - we recommend obtaining proof of postage or using a tracked delivery service.
In the case of faulty items - we will endeavour to send a replacement to you.
If we do not receive the faulty items back or if the item arrives damaged, you will be charged the full replacement cost.
Due to Health & Safety At Work Regulations, used faulty goods must be returned into us in a clean condition before we accept them and issue a refund.
