Delivery to the Channel Islands is available - the cost will be computed at the checkout, depending on the weight of your order.
How quickly will my order be delivered?
Orders are normally dispatched in 1 - 5 working days. The delivery speed will depend on the delivery service selected during checkout.
What if I miss my delivery?
Usually the courier will leave a card to let you know they attempted a delivery. The card will include instructions with your re-delivery options but usually they will attempt delivery again on the next working day.
Delivery instructions
Any special instructions for the courier e.g. directions to your house or where to leave your parcel, can be added in the 'special instructions' box on the final checkout page.
Delivery tracking
We will share your mobile and/or email with our courier so they can send you tracking updates and details about any in-flight delivery options. If you selected a tracked delivery service we will include the tracking number in your confirmation of shipment email.
