Trying to find these style plastic planters was hard but when i found them at Tanners my luck was in, so i purchased the amount i needed and waited, the time from ordering to dispatch had me thinking that i had bought from a scam site, which i have had previously done, but when i got an e mail to say my oder had been dispatched i began to relax. They was a large item so i thought that like other times i had bought planters they would be delivered with some broken but i have never had them delivered in 2 separate boxes and not one was damaged so without doubt i will be looking at buying from Tanners again.
Ordering process was straightforward and the items were dispatched without delay. They then arrived on time as indicated. Would use this supplier again.

When I had a problem with the delivery (problem with the courier, not Tanners), Tanners responded immediately and the problem was solved.
The legs on our previous water butt broke. This is a much better fit on our slimline model. It was a v good price and the postage was far cheaper than other co . Although the delivery took a while. It was well worth the wait.
