How quickly will my order be delivered?
Orders are normally dispatched in 1 - 5 working days. The delivery speed will depend on the delivery service selected during checkout.

Delivery instructions
Any special instructions for the courier e.g. directions to your house or where to leave your parcel, can be added in the 'special instructions' box on the final checkout page.

UK Highlands & Islands
Delivery cost is from £3.98 incVAT for non-standard locations and will be calculated once you have entered a delivery address during checkout.

European Delivery

If available, delivery to Mainland Europe will be calculated during checkout.

Delivery tracking
We will share your mobile and/or email with our courier so they can send you tracking updates and details about any in-flight delivery options. If you selected a tracked delivery service we will include the tracking number in your confirmation of shipment email.

Returns

Returns Policy

You have 30 days from receipt of your item to return it to us.
For non-faulty goods the delivery charge is non-refundable except in cases where the order was cancelled under the UK Distance Selling Regulations.
Once we have received your item we aim to refund you within 7 working days.
Due to Health & Safety At Work Regulations, used faulty goods must be returned into us in a clean condition before we accept them and issue a refund.
